Guidance with purchasing a car

We offer comprehensive support when you buy a car. On the basis of our years of experience, we know the market very well and can quickly find the right car for you. Take a look at our current offers. If you should have special requirements, we can probe and explore the market for appropriate models. We can take over all administrative tasks involving the financing, the drawing up of a purchase contract, right up to the re-registration at the Road Traffic Office. We help you to reduce to a minimum the formalities involved with purchasing a car.

What kind of a car is it? Perhaps we have somebody right now who is looking for just such a car, or perhaps we will buy it from you. Using the form, share with us all the details requested concerning your car, and we will prepare a fair offer for you.

Car care and maintenance

Together with competent partners, we are able to offer a full range of services:

• Service-and-repair work for all makes of car
• Delivery of vehicles for their MOT tests
• Vehicle cleaning
• Car bodywork repairs
• Car painting jobs
• Exhaust emissions inspection and maintenance

Right-of-return

Buying a car is a matter of trust. For this reason, for up to 5 days after the date of purchase, you can make use of a 'right-of-return'.

Prerequisites for this are:

• The vehicle was sold directly by Hess Automobile GmbH. The 'right-of-return' does not apply for vehicles traded otherwise.
• The vehicle was purchased in cash directly from Hess Automobile GmbH. Leasing/credit and instalment-payment arrangements are excluded from a 'right-of-return'. Also excluded are vehicles that were sold with a warranty insurance.
• Hess Automobile GmbH subtracts from the purchase price a once-only flat rate administration charge of 300 Swiss francs, plus 50 Swiss francs for each day after the purchase date that the 'right-of-return' facility is implemented.
• The vehicle must be in the same condition when it is returned as when it was purchased from Hess Automobile GmbH.
• Should Hess Automobile GmbH have taken a trade-in vehicle for part-payment, it is not under any obligation to return that vehicle.
• Hess Automobile GmbH reserves the right to reject a usage of the 'right-of-return' without giving reasons.

Legal system and court of jurisdiction in force

This contract is subject to Swiss law. The exclusive site of execution and court of jurisdiction is Thalwil.
